Location: Haltom City, TX 76137 Full-Time, 12-Month Consultant Pay: $19.41/hr First Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Be the Backbone of Aerospace OperationsPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Material Associate to support the logistics and supply chain operations of a top-tier aerospace program. In this role, you’ll help ensure that mission-critical parts and materials are delivered safely, accurately, and on time to the production floor—fueling innovation, assembly, and performance in some of the world’s most advanced aerospace systems.
What You’ll DoAs a Material Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of warehouse operations—handling everything from receiving and kitting to packing and shipping. Your work will directly support the timely and efficient flow of materials that keep assembly lines moving and aircraft builds on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders for accuracy and condition.
Perform kitting activities and stage materials for assembly operations.
Pack, label, and document shipments, including commercial and military pack slips, bills of lading, and export-controlled items.
Operate material handling equipment such as cranes, hoists, and power trucks.
Prepare items for delivery in accordance with customer specifications and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and work areas.
Respond to AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requests and support urgent material needs.
Work overtime as needed to meet operational goals.
What You Bring – Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or shipping/receiving role.
Hands-on experience with SAP systems.
Ability to operate cranes, forklifts, hoists, or other material handling equipment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to support flexible hours and respond to time-sensitive operational needs.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred QualificationsTechnical or vocational training in warehouse operations or logistics.
Familiarity with military packaging and export shipping documentation.
Previous experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.

Pay Details: $19.41 per hour
