Location: Haltom City, TX Payrate: Starting at $22/hour Schedule: 1st shift 6:30 am to 3pm

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Material Associate to partner with a leading innovator in the aerospace industry. In this vital position, you’ll ensure materials flow safely, efficiently, and accurately from warehouse to assembly — keeping the entire operation running at peak performance.
Why This Role MattersAs a Material Associate, you are the backbone of material handling and logistics. Your precision, organization, and care ensure that products are received correctly, prepared flawlessly, and delivered where they’re needed — exactly when they’re needed.
What You Will DoIn this hands-on, fast-paced role, you will:
Receive customer products, review purchase orders and documents, and create service notifications.
Perform packing activities and prepare all required documents, including commercial and military pack slips, bills of lading, and export-compliant shipping paperwork.
Prepare items for shipment or delivery according to detailed customer specifications.
Open and inspect incoming materials; verify receipts against purchase orders for accuracy, shortages, damages, or defects.
Operate cranes, hoists, or power trucks to move materials safely.
Assemble orders, verify contents against shipping documents, and report missing or incomplete items.
Stack shipments on skids and transport them to the shipping dock.
Receive, unpack, and organize materials and supplies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and surrounding work areas.
Perform AOG duties as needed and work additional hours to meet business demands.
Work a consistent 1st shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM.
Qualifications You Must HaveHigh school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable); vocational/technical training preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
SAP experience.
Background in warehouse, stockroom, or shipping operations.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
