Position Summary
Help keep world-class aircraft projects running smoothly. As an SCM Material Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring that every part, component, and material required for our aircraft programs arrives on time and supports flawless project execution. Your mission
- Coordinate procurement planning and align material needs with project schedules
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, from receipt to distribution
- Monitor material availability and resolve shortages or escalations
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to track orders and expedite deliveries
- Oversee inventory levels, stock movements, and returns
- Maintain accurate documentation and data in SAP
- Generate material status updates and reports for stakeholders
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce lead times

Your profile
- Relevant Education & Experience in supply chain, logistics, or material coordination—ideally within the aerospace or manufacturing sector.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in English.
