Work Environment: On-site, warehouse wing of a manufacturing facility

Pay Range: $20.00 – $22.50/hour

Shift : Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join a dynamic warehouse team. You’ll start in the receiving department and be cross-trained across various warehouse functions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment supporting manufacturing operations.

• Unload 75–150 boxes daily as part of a team
• De-box items, store into totes, and accurately log into inventory system
• Process material kits for manufacturing, engineering, and repair operations
• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders
• Deliver materials to appropriate departments to support production timelines
• Assist with daily shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Handle return materials (RMA) efficiently to meet customer and inventory needs
• Perform inventory cycle counts and support physical inventory audits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse and production areas

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
• Strong computer skills and experience with RF scanners
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central preferred), Outlook, and Teams
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and follow verbal/written instructions
• Basic English communication skills

• Experience in inventory control, material handling, or shipping/receiving
• Prior warehouse or packaging line experience
• Exposure to electronics manufacturing is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
