JOB TITLE: Material Quality Inspector - DEFENSE
LOCATION: Marietta, GA
PAY RATE: $26.90/hour

Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Perform incoming material inspections for quantity, condition, and compliance

Review contracts, paperwork, labeling, and packaging for accuracy

Record inspection results manually and electronically in company databases

Identify and document non-conforming materials; escalate issues per procedures

Maintain precise inventory records and support material traceability and compliance

Uphold all safety and regulatory requirements during material handling

Requirements:

Ability to obtain clearance not required to start

High School Diploma or GED

Prior Quality or Quality Control experience - background in inspection, QA/QC, or materials verification (must be shown in work history)

Experience with material inspections for kind, count, and condition

Familiarity with non-conforming material documentation and corrective action processes

Proficiency with basic computer functions and Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Prior military experience

Aircraft maintenance or aerospace industry background

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
