At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re looking for a Materials Management Analyst to join our team and help optimize material flow, resolve shortages, and keep production moving.
About the Role
As a Materials Management Analyst, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations. Reporting to the Materials Planning Supervisor at our Clearwater, FL plant, you’ll manage inventory levels, analyze material requirements, and collaborate across departments to ensure materials are where they need to be—on time, every time. Your work will directly impact factory performance, customer satisfaction, and overall operational success.
What You’ll Do
Solve material-related problems and ensure timely material ordering
Lead and participate in line-of-balance meetings with procurement and production
Provide accurate data and analysis to support planning decisions
Escalate shortages and potential shortages proactively
Manage Open Order Reports and Past Due order follow-ups with buyers
Drive shortage resolution and expediting efforts
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in planning
Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems, including SAP
Background in manufacturing planning
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, Power BI)
Preferred Qualifications
2-year degree
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to set priorities and act with urgency

Pay Details: $30.77 to $33.13 per hour
