Materials Representative (Shipping / Receiving)

Job Description:

Responsible for performing warehouse duties related to the safe handling and processing of aircraft material as required by company, regulatory requirements and best practices.

Essential Duties

Performing initial receiving of material including inspection of packaging and parts for damage; quantity and accuracy and entry.
Routine warehouse duties such stocking and issuing of aircraft parts.
Maintain general cleanliness of warehouse.
Operate warehouse equipment such as trucks and forklifts.
Prepare material for shipping.
Receive returned unserviceable parts to warehouse.
Perform physical inventory and cycle counts.
Enter all entries into our Inventory Management system.

Job Requirements:

High School diploma/GED required.
2 years of shipping and receiving experience.
1 year of inventory management.
Must have clean driving record and possess valid driver license.
Must be able to pass a 10-year background check.
Must be computer literate with Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe.
Travel 5%
