STS Technical Services is hiring a Materials Supply Chain Analyst in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. This position supports the service arm of the Materials group and carries responsibility for purchasing and project management of powertrain and chassis system service parts. Candidates with prior experience in PPAP, APQP, engine assembly, or paint processes are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management activities related to service parts supply chain
- Manage purchasing efforts for powertrain or chassis systems
- Support product development initiatives through the purchasing lifecycle
- Collaborate across departments to manage supplier relationships and component sourcing
- Drive component development from concept to production launch, including validation and verification
- Analyze cost drivers, evaluate suppliers, and support cost modeling efforts
- Maintain procurement data and process workflows in SAP
- Ensure alignment between supplier deliverables and new product launch requirements
- Provide cross-functional team support, offering technical guidance to designers, technicians, and engineers
- Develop and track progress through project timelines using Microsoft Project and Excel
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience with PPAP, APQP, engine assembly, or paint processes preferred
- Strong background in project management and procurement
- Working knowledge of SAP for purchasing and materials tracking
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of CAD tools; knowledge of CREO and Windchill preferred
- Ability to analyze technical documentation and translate into actionable supply chain processes
Work Schedule:
- Remote until September 2, 2025, with occasional on-site meetings as needed
- Starting September 2:
- Monday and Friday: Remote
- Tuesday through Thursday: In-person at the PDC
- Standard hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
