As the jobholder you will manage new product Introduction, Transfer of work and you will be an industrial engineer for SA SWIFT Program (New Assembly line for SA fuselage WP for TAI supplier).

Is responsible to Develop Industrial Capability and lead industrialisation of Aerostructure & Detail Parts Supply Chain, securing Industrial Performance, driving Industrial Improvements & Innovation of our Suppliers.
Acts as industrial voice in SA SWIFT project MFT and in front of the supplier, including, project milestones follow up, APQP ME KBDs assessments ( PFMEA, Build Plan, Manufacturing Flow Charts,...) and support any Manufacturing and Assembly ME topic for SA SWIFT Project.
Works on non-quality in Airbus Aerostructure & Detail Parts Supply Chain
Drives process improvement, technology dissemination & industrial innovation projects at suppliers.
For Aerostructure & Detail Parts suppliers: performs assessment and develop DDMS capabilities, and provide support and expertise for industrial system design and modeling and associated performance.
Recommended skills
Degree in Engineering/Aerospace Engineering/General Engineering or equivalent
Coordination & negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in Project Management and Suppliers management will be a plus
Experience in SA After Fuselage ME WPs will be a plus
Ability to work within an international and multicultural team
English and Spanish on negotiation level
Autonomy
This role will involve some travel for business and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.
