Position Summary

Laborar según el trabajo estandarizado del área con las instrucciones de trabajo, instructivos de operación, etc. 

Responsibilities

• • Seguir instrucciones de acuerdo con el trabajo estándar y/o indicaciones del jefe inmediato. 

• • Participar activamente en las juntas de arranque, manteniendo buena actitud y aportando ideas y soluciones cuando se requiera. 

• • Llenar correctamente formatos de hora por hora 

• • Seleccionar Herramientas correctas establecidas en la hoja de procesos y programa.  

• • Conocimiento de comportamiento de herramientas de corte 

• • Interpretación de dibujo técnico de manufactura.  

• • Medir y asegurarse de la calidad en la fuente.  

• • Asegurar la productividad y la calidad en la CNC.  

• • Cumplir el rate de hora por hora 

• • Llenar Hoja de trabajo, VDS (formato de medición de calidad) y hoja de trabajo.  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Education:   Preparatória Técnica  
• Experience: 1 año de experiencia en máquinas CNC  (HAAS)
• Languages: básico/intermedio
• Máquina CNC HAAS (Código ISO) o Mazak (Mazatrol Deseado)  
• Procesos de manufactura generales.
• Uso de equipo de medición (Vernier, CounterGage) (Deseado)
• Interpretar mediciones en pulgadas y centímetros.
• Conocimientos de rutas de trabajo.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de corte (Insertos, radiales, etc.) (Deseado)
• 5´S
