Role SummaryAs a Production/Inventory Coordinator, you’ll ensure materials move efficiently through storage and production to keep operations on schedule. Your work monitoring work-in-process, communicating part status, and reconciling inventory discrepancies plays a critical role in avoiding delays and maintaining system accuracy in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
What You’ll DoProcess and move production and other materials into and out of storage and production areas
Monitor work-in-process (WIP) and material flow to support uninterrupted production
Communicate part and material status using automated systems and manual reports
Analyze issues related to parts and materials; resolve or reconcile discrepancies
Maintain inventory and system accuracy
Coordinate with multiple teams to set priorities, expedite work, and complete production activities
Support daily operations under close supervision while meeting strict quality and schedule requirements
Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, First Shift (4/10s), 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Rate Starting at : $21.10 per hour
Required QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED
Ability to operate a forklift (training provided)
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
Basic working knowledge of SQL (Standard Query Language)
Experience with Tableau or other data modeling and reporting tools
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Pay Details: $21.10 per hour
