Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Production/Inventory Coordinators to support operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on material movement, production support, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality. Candidates must be reliable, able to work independently under supervision, and comfortable with physical activity throughout the workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and move production materials into and out of storage, production areas, and other designated locations.
- Support production flow by following standard work instructions and established procedures.
- Monitor work-in-process status and communicate part/material availability using automated systems and manual reporting.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies related to parts and materials using established processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize, expedite, and complete production tasks to prevent schedule delays.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist the work group with tasks and requirements to support production schedules.
Shift Information
- 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Training occurs on the assigned shift.
