The Role
As a full time Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet exacting aerospace standards. You will be responsible for conducting inspection and quality coordination activities in line with company procedures and health & safety requirements, helping us maintain the highest levels of compliance and performance.
Your work will directly contribute to the safety, reliability and reputation of our products worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical and cosmetic inspection of components and assemblies
- Quality control support during new product introduction (NPI)
- Inspection of goods inwards, repairs & returns, and assembly operations
- Conducting First Article Inspections
- Reporting significant quality concerns to senior leadership
- Supporting corrective and preventive actions in line with quality processes
About You
We are looking for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in getting the details right.
You will bring:
- Proven inspection experience within a manufacturing setting (essential)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings with confidence
- Strong understanding of quality disciplines including 8D, 5 Whys and corrective action reporting (essential)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Strong verbal, written and numerical communication skills
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
