Maintenance & Repair

• Perform maintenance, repair, overhaul, and testing of aircraft components in accordance with:
• Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM)
• Service Bulletins
• Approved engineering data
• Follow all repair station procedures defined in the Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Manual (QCM).

Disassembly & Assembly

• Disassemble and assemble aircraft components using proper tools and procedures.
• Identify damaged or worn parts and document findings.

Inspection Support

• Work closely with inspection personnel to ensure compliance with approved technical data.
• Support incoming, in-process, and final inspections as required.

Documentation

• Accurately complete repair station work orders and maintenance records.
• Ensure proper traceability of parts and materials used in repair activities.

Compliance with Approved Data

• Ensure all work performed is completed using approved technical data and current maintenance instructions.
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and repair station procedures.

Equipment & Tooling

• Use and maintain tools, test equipment, and specialized fixtures required for repair operations.
• Ensure proper handling and care of calibrated equipment.

Safety & Housekeeping

• Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of aircraft parts and materials.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years experience in aviation maintenance, component repair, or related mechanical field
• Ability to read and interpret:
• Technical drawings
• Maintenance manuals
• Work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Preferred

• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
• Previous experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station
• Experience working with Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs)
• Familiarity with FAA maintenance documentation and repair station procedures

Position Summary

T-Aerospace LLC is an FAA Part 145 Repair Station relocating operations to the Knoxville, Tennessee area and is seeking a Repair Station Technician to oversee inspection functions and regulatory compliance.

The Repair Station Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components in accordance with 14 CFR Part 145, Part 43, approved technical data, and company repair station procedures while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.

This position will support the disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, and testing of aircraft components while working closely with inspection personnel to ensure all work meets regulatory and airworthiness requirements.
