- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years experience in aviation maintenance, component repair, or related mechanical field
- Ability to read and interpret:
- Technical drawings
- Maintenance manuals
- Work instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Preferred
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Previous experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station
- Experience working with Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs)
- Familiarity with FAA maintenance documentation and repair station procedures

Position Summary
T-Aerospace LLC is an FAA Part 145 Repair Station relocating operations to the Knoxville, Tennessee area and is seeking a Repair Station Technician to oversee inspection functions and regulatory compliance.
The Repair Station Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components in accordance with 14 CFR Part 145, Part 43, approved technical data, and company repair station procedures while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.
This position will support the disassembly, inspection, repair, assembly, and testing of aircraft components while working closely with inspection personnel to ensure all work meets regulatory and airworthiness requirements.
