The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Data Solution Architect to join the team in Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; or North Charleston, SC.
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a specialist to join the Supply Chain Digital Transformation team focused on implementing SAP S/4 as BCA’s new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for Supply Chain functions.
The transition from Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPLN) to SAP will affect people, processes, and technology across the organization, and the role includes analyzing change impacts, prioritizing Supply Chain resources to address the most critical changes, cataloging and tracking actions to mitigate impacts, developing training content to prepare impacted sites for a successful SAP deployment, measuring the value of changes, and facilitating necessary updates to documentation (Command Media) to align with the new ERP.
Position Responsibilities:
Define the strategy for Building, Developing, and Maintaining BCA Supply Chain Reporting Core architecture including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPLN) (incumbent system) and SAP S4 Hana (new system)
Create Supply Chain Reporting analytics consumption layer that ingests and integrates Supply Chain Data from both ERPLN and SAP to maintain business continuity for executive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), working level dashboards, tools, applications, and other business reporting needs
Support SAP workshops to define the Supply Chain Reporting requirements for SAP
Design, develop, maintain and optimize current Supply Chain Reporting infrastructure systems (Including on Prem SQL database, data warehouses, and cloud lake house)
Guide other data and analytics professionals on data standards and practices
Work closely with supply chain business process experts to ensure data product attributes accurately represent business process outputs to drive actionable reporting and modeling insights
Curate and document Supply Chain Master Data products/datasets utilizing Alation Data Catalog
Develop and own BCA Supply Chain Reporting Core plan for sharing, reuse, and efficiency of data solutions
Build repeatable data pipeline strategy across multi environments, leverage automation to make sure Electronic Transfer and Load (ETL) solutions are repeatable and scalable
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience of leading a cross functional team
5+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP implementations
5+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas: Support System Analysis, Spares, Provisioning, Technical Data, Training, Maintenance/Modifications and Support Equipment
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Supply Chain Planning
5+ years of experience in Business Process and/or Services Modeling
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
5+ years of experience in supply chain management, Logistics, Forecasting, Planning, Reporting and Analytics and Supply Chain processes
5+ years of experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design
5+ years of experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support)

Summary pay range: $126,650 - $184,000
