Job Description
QA/QC Technician – Hialeah, FLWe are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Technician to join our team in Hialeah, FL. This role focuses on ensuring product quality and compliance throughout the shipping and receiving process. You will inspect incoming and outgoing shipments, verify documentation, and maintain accurate records to support quality standards.
Responsibilities- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for identification accuracy and damage.
- Verify compliance with quality standards and document findings.
- Process receiving and shipping documentation accurately.
- Maintain inventory of QA/QC supplies and tools.
- Assist with kitting, counting, and sorting products for quality checks.
- Log products into the computer system and ensure accurate weights and measurements.
Essential Skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or discrepancies.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry experience.
- Ability to understand, speak, and read English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Previous experience in QA/QC, warehouse, or distribution environment preferred.
- Familiarity with quality inspection processes and documentation.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Work Environment
The position is located 100 onsite at a large distribution center with over 500 employees. The work schedule is from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime. The facility is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable work environment. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand or walk on concrete floors for 8 hours a day.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
