Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage the receiving process, sort received products, and ensure that all accompanying documents are processed accurately. You will be responsible for conducting or overseeing receiving inspections and processing receipts into our inventory system using Global Shop Solutions ERP.
Responsibilities
- Manage the receiving process and sort all received products.
- Conduct or ensure completion of receiving inspections on all incoming products and services.
- Process receipts in Global Shop Solutions (ERP System) to ensure accurate inventory records.
Essential Skills- Two plus years of experience in aerospace shipping/receiving and warehouse operations.
- Experience with Global Shop Solutions ERP system is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management and forklift operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to learn and use various software, including shipper databases, internet, e-mail, and business systems.

Work Environment
Work in a climate-controlled facility where jeans and tennis shoes are the norm. Join a team of 25 dedicated employees working the first shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
