Position Details
Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 Months)
Location: Boothwyn, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $16.14 – $19.37 per hour
Your ImpactAs a Shipping/Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for verifying, processing, and documenting incoming and outgoing shipments. Your attention to detail will help maintain inventory accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and support seamless coordination between internal teams and external customers.
What You’ll DoComplete initial verification of incoming and outgoing shipments for proper identification and damage
Process and confirm shipping and receiving documentation for internal and external customers
Validate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemical shipments to ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain inventory of shipping supplies to support uninterrupted operations
Support quality control and export control procedures
Ensure accurate recordkeeping and data entry using basic software systems
Communicate discrepancies and collaborate with team members to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
What You BringRequired Qualifications1–2 years of shipping and receiving experience
Basic computer skills and limited software proficiency
Familiarity with quality control and export control processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work efficiently in a structured, compliance-driven environment
Preferred QualificationsExperience handling chemical shipments and validating MSDS documentation
Prior experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies independently
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay Details: $16.14 to $19.37 per hour
