Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Storekeeper to support our Maintenance & Engineering team.

In this role, you will ensure the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment within our warehouse operations. You will play a key part in maintaining the flow of critical components that keep our fleet operational, while serving internal and external customers at the warehouse service desk.

Your work directly contributes to the readiness of our maintenance teams and supports compliance with aviation standards, making you an essential link in our operational chain.

Main tasks & responsibilities

• Receive, enter, and shelve materials in the warehouse while ensuring accurate stock records and proper storage conditions for all components.
• Issue parts and tools to internal and external customers at the warehouse service desk, acting as a reliable point of contact and ensuring timely support for maintenance operations.
• Execute the yearly inventory check to maintain compliance and guarantee precise stock levels, contributing to efficient planning and cost control.
• Prepare preloads for work packages so that maintenance teams have all required materials ready for scheduled tasks, minimizing downtime.
• Perform daily tasks in accordance with the Storekeeper checklist, ensuring consistency, safety, and operational readiness.
• Handle ad hoc assignments requested by the Logistic Manager, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace, promoting safety and efficiency in all warehouse operations.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Technical insight
• Fluent in English, knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus
• Knowledge of AMOS is a plus
• Able to work accurately and autonomously
• Maintain cleanliness
• Customer friendly
