Responsibilities:
Lead supplier integration and performance management for executive transport programs in San Antonio.
Serve as program manager overseeing supplier operations and cross-functional collaboration.
Provide technical and business guidance to critical suppliers, supporting process improvement and adherence to Boeing standards.
Manage supplier production readiness, delivery schedules, risk mitigation plans, and performance recovery.
Drive supply chain strategy development and execution, coordinating with engineering, configuration management, and program stakeholders.
Lead supplier assessments and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Analyze performance data, identify root causes, and propose creative, actionable solutions.
Facilitate stakeholder communication regarding performance plans, issues, risks, and opportunities.
Support work movement and serve as the primary supply chain integrator for assigned programs.
Champion safety and operational excellence initiatives across supplier engagements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree and typically 14+ years of related experience; or Master’s degree with 12+ years; or PhD with 9+ years; or 18+ years of equivalent work experience in lieu of formal education.
Travel: Ability to travel up to 50.
Experience Requirements:
5+ years managing supplier/vendor performance and deliverables.
5+ years in problem-solving and developing alternative strategies.
5+ years leading and managing diverse cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in aircraft production, modification, or conversion programs.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, initiative integration, and cross-functional leadership.
Experience building long-term supplier and stakeholder relationships.
Previous leadership of project management teams in a fast-paced, technical environment.
