Join our logistics and acquisition team as a Supply Analyst, where youll support provisioning and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) efforts for critical defense programs. This role focuses on developing Logistics Product Data (LPD), interpreting technical documentation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure provisioning success.
Responsibilities
Deliver accurate and timely provisioning data to support ILS and sustainment readiness.
Develop and manage Logistics Product Data (LPD) in collaboration with ILS, Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, and Technical Publications teams
Analyze technical drawings, part lists, and maintenance concepts to support provisioning tasks
Coordinate with Government Provisioners to ensure provisioning requirements are met
Interpret and apply provisioning policies, procedures, and standards to support sustainment planning
Utilize SAP or ERP systems for provisioning and supply chain tracking
Provide input to support technical manuals, maintenance planning, and product support analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Masters degree with no professional experience, in supply chain management, business and financial planning, contracts administration, project management, logistics, manufacturing, or a closely related field
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience in leadership, critical thinking, and innovation in supply chain projects or roles
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government-issued Secret clearance
- U.S. Citizenship is required
Desired Skills:
- Extensive experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience managing suppliers regarding cost/schedule/quality
- Professional experience in a regulated industry (Aerospace & Defense, Insurance, Financial Services, Telecommunications)
- Experience with Critical Path Management, FAR, and DFARS
- Experience with Government purchasing and contracting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a global supply chain environment
This position requires a government security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required.
