Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in  standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working / processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. Responsibilities - your mission:

Airbus has built on its strong European heritage to become truly international with roughly 180 locations and 12,000 direct suppliers globally. The company has aircraft and helicopter final assembly lines across Asia, Europe and the Americas, and has achieved a more than sixfold order book increase since 2000.

Position Summary: Support on Supply Officer activities for LoB (Line of Balance) creation for POED commodities.

Essential Functions:

In your role, you will be responsible to Support the Supply Officer to published the LoB (line Of Balance)

• By collecting Inputs for the LoB activity:
  • LoB (Line of balance) extract on weekly basis based on inputs from Supply Officer (CMS / PLANTs).
  • Integration of plants inputs (DDD at critical station).
  • LoB update when new delivery plan is provided from suppliers.
• Consolidation of all inputs above in order to publish global LoB.
• LoB template must be used accordingly.
• Initiate the 4 boxes for the new hotspot.
• Inform the SO/SCQM to complete the 4 boxes’ comments.
• Maintain up to date the LoB tracker follow up.
• Display LoB in the appropriate communication tools.

Additional Responsibilities:

• contribution to improvement projects.
• Attendance to team meetings.

• Skills about Supply Chain and Quality or Procurement.
• Ability to translate business problems into meaningful insights.
• Agile project management skills.
• Fluency in English sufficient to fully engage in negotiations and team meetings.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Digital background.
• Shows a lot of rigor and concentration at work.
