What You’ll Do:As a Supply Chain Summer Student, you’ll support critical functions that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include:
Contract Organization & DocumentationMaintain a centralized repository of supply chain contracts with proper version control and user-friendly access.
Contract SummarizationDraft clear, concise summaries to support quick and easy understanding by stakeholders across departments.
ERP Data IntegrityEnsure supplier terms, pricing, and lead times are accurately reflected and maintained in the ERP system.
Contract AnalysisExtract and assess key terms, compliance requirements, and commercial details from supplier contracts.
Data InsightsAnalyze supply chain data to uncover opportunities for cost savings, improved efficiency, and risk reduction.
What We’re Looking For:A current student pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with an interest in contracts and data management
Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools is a plus
A proactive, team-focused mindset with a drive to learn and grow
