Pay Rate: $26.83 – $32.62/hour
Schedule: Must be available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as required
What You’ll Do:
As a Systems Assembler, you’ll perform routine production assembly operations on aircraft structural and mechanical components, ensuring everything from landing gear to cabin interiors is installed to exact specifications. Your day-to-day will include:
Installing aircraft parts and assemblies such as seats, sidewalls, lavatories, and landing gear
Integrating aircraft systems like valves, actuators, ducts, and tubing
Using manual tools and diagnostic equipment including power screwdrivers, multimeters, and continuity testers
Following detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
What We’re Looking For:
Required:
Minimum 6 months of experience with mechanical assembly and using hand/pneumatic tools
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints or technical documents in English
Familiarity with software applications like Microsoft Suite or internet-based tools
Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in physically demanding positions
Willingness to work any shift and handle high-hazard materials
Preferred:
1+ years in a mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace assembly role
Previous experience in structural parts fabrication or technical assembly
High school diploma/GED or equivalent technical training

Pay Details: $26.83 to $32.62 per hour
