What your day to day will look like
- Aware of and applies EHS policy to all processes, tools, and equipment
- Register Tool in ITDM data base
- Receive tool and reviews inspection report
- Set Inspection frequency in ITDM
- Release tool for use
- Create a damage report
- Change Tools statuses in ITDM
- Close the demand after successful repair
- Fills out tooling validation tags
- Run an „inspection due” report in ITDM
- Deliver tools to shipping, change status/location in ITDM
- Receive inspected/calibrated tool and verify the inspection report
- Receiving tools with new revision change
- Inform process planner that tool is ready for use
The tools you need to be successful
- In depth understanding of tool drawings and their relation to the assembly process
- Strong mechanical aptitude with applicable experience
- Knowledge of assembly and production functions and processes
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English
- Must be quality driven and committed to provide quality services in a demanding environment
- Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to interact with various groups from both Plant 22 and other plants
