Location: Onsite New Production Facility

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM / 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 4:00 PM

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Kitter to join a growing team that builds wire harnesses for major Aerospace and Defense customers. In this role, you will pick components, assemble kits, maintain inventory accuracy, and support shipping and receiving. If you enjoy hands‑on work and want to expand your skills across multiple areas, this position offers strong growth potential.

• Pick components and assemble kits according to work orders
• Maintain accurate inventory levels
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
• Track materials and data using ERP systems
• Follow warehouse inventory procedures and safety protocols
• Rotate between kitting, inventory, and receiving to develop cross‑functional skills

• Strong ERP and data‑tracking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
• Physical stamina to lift and move materials
• Familiarity with warehouse systems and safety practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in kitting, packaging, or material handling
• Warehouse picking, packing, or inspection experience
• Solid computer and communication skills

This role is based in a new, clean, and collaborative production facility. The environment is hands‑on and dynamic, with a focus on learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
