• Self-Motivated, with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
• Beginner to intermediate computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs. Working knowledge of advanced software applications is preferred
• Ability to enter data accurately into databases.
• Ability to understand and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to generate routine reports and correspondence
• Interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff. Will also routinely interact with other crew members
• Ability to use general office equipment such as phone, copier, scanner, printers, etc.
• Ability to follow instructions and generate suggestions for improving work flow; present ideas, and information and have the ability to ask for help when needed.
• Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; renegotiate deadlines, and have the capability to deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to communicate using the English language.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a background check to obtain a base pass for the military base
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
