🏗️ Warehouse Worker – Shipping & Receiving

📍 Location: Midland, TX

🕒 Full-Time

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our shipping and receiving department. This role plays a key part in our production team, assembling satellite sub-assembly parts and handling materials with precision and care.

• Assemble parts as part of a production team
• Sort and place materials/items on tables, racks, or bins
• Manually assemble satellite sub-assembly components
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and test equipment
• Clean assembled parts and package them securely
• Pack, seal, and transport boxes
• Pick up, move, and sort small parts
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• 2 years of experience in packing, inventory, picking, packaging, shipping, and receiving
• General labor and warehouse operations

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing
• Strong aptitude for working with small electronics and soldering components
• Experience in the space or aeronautical field is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
