Warehouse & Inventory Support- Organize, track, and manage equipment including batteries, tools, and drone components.
- Perform basic warehouse duties such as packing, labeling, staging, and inventory cycle counts.
- Prepare packages for outbound drone delivery according to operational standards.
Flight Operations Support- Monitor surrounding airspace for potential hazards and communicate findings to the flight team.
- Follow established SOPs to support safe, compliant drone operations.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting or mechanical checks on ground equipment.
Documentation & Reporting- Use standard templates and digital tools to log daily activities, inventory updates, and operational observations.
Customer & Community Interaction- Provide friendly, professional engagement with community members around the operation site.
- Answer general questions about drone activities when needed.
Essential Skills- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or equipment‑handling experience.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working around machinery.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures with strong attention to safety.
- Experience completing basic reports or documentation.
- Must meet FAA Safety‑Sensitive hiring requirements.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in aviation, aerospace, or drone operations.
- Familiarity with aviation terminology, flight operations, or regulatory environments.
- Previous work in fast‑paced, shift‑based, or high‑volume warehouse environments.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements- 12‑month contract with potential for extension or conversion.
- Warehouse setting—indoor and outdoor work required.
- Up to 25 travel for training or operational needs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 12‑hour shifts.
- Work in varying weather conditions.
- Must be available for all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Initial training will take place at our Seattle drone facility (3–5 days).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
