KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
• Thorough understanding of Life Cycle Logistics regulations and policies, including DoD 5000 series, AR 70-1, AR 700-127, and AR 700-142.
• Advanced knowledge of Logistics standards: GEIA-STD-0007, MIL-STD-1388-2B, and SAE AS1390.
• Strong analytical skills. Must be able to interpret large amounts of data and isolate pertinent information and facts.
• Ability to enter data accurately into databases.
• Ability to write complex reports and correspondence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service, and follow-up.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas with limited information in high-stress situations and environments.
• Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions. Must be able to communicate issues to management and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista Services, LLC goals.
• Ability to effectively multi-task.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university, ten years of practical experience in developing LSA reports, MTA/LORA analysis, and at least ten years of direct life-cycle logistics related experience in higher-level IPS analyses and reports.
• DAWIA Certification Level III for Life Cycle Logistics or equivalent.
• Six years Acquisition Logistics experience a plus, including some of the following,
• Condition/Performance-Based Life-Cycle Product Support
• Supportability Concepts
• Supportability Analysis
• Capabilities-Based Assessment (CBA)
• Exposure to DoD acquisition and sustainment processes a plus.
• Ability to maintain a government security clearance
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
