Overview
Reports to Assistant Manager- Cargo Services
The Cargo Agent will be responsible for:
Complete preventative maintenance and repairs (etc) on Vehicles, Equipment and GSE.
Ensure all cargo is received according to freight acceptance procedures;
- Coordinate aircraft loads with Scheduled Service Agents to determine cargo loads;
- Ensure all baggage and manifested freight are on the correct aircraft;
- Ensure accurate documentation and payment for all tickets and weigh bills are issued;
- Other duties as required.
Requirements:
Ability to speak, write and understand the English language.
Must have excellent team player competencies.
Must have good computer skills.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision, and/or in a team environment.
Must be willing to adapt to the changing nature of aviation.
Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
