Aerotek Aviation is looking to hire a GSE Mechanic (Ground Support Equipment) to maintain and repair vehicles and equipment at Boston Logan International Airport. Ideally looking for candidates that have worked in an Automotive/Diesel field in the past.
Responsibilities:
- Perform light & Heavy repairs on GSE equipment
- Diagnose engine mechanical issues and repair (diesel, gas, and LP)
- Troubleshoot A/C and D/C electrical systems
- Ability to read an electrical schematic
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience performing automotive or diesel maintenance
- Ability to read schematics
- Strong knowledge of gas and diesel engines experience
- Must have tooling to meet minimum tool list
- Ability to perform electrical testing and troubleshooting
- Good oral and written skills
- Ability to attain Airport issued ID badge
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
