The Line Service Technician is responsible for participating in the safe, efficient, and professional day-to-day operation of the Fixed Base Operator (FBO). This position assists the Line Service Manager in all line service activities with a hands-on role in fueling, ramp operations, and customer service. This individual assists in ensuring that safety, service quality, and operational standards are maintained.    Ensure all aircraft, crew, and passengers receive a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Line Service Manager in all aspects of performing day-to-day operations of the Fixed Base Operator (FBO).
2. Participate in on-going training for all aspects of the FBO.
3. Ensure consistent performance, professionalism, and safety compliance.
4. Foster a positive customer-focused work environment

Aircraft Services

1. Aircraft fueling (Jet A and Avgas)
2. Marshalling, parking, and hangaring
3. Aircraft towing and ramp coordination
4. Coordinate with the Line Service Manager for incoming aircraft for:
   1. Fueling and servicing
   2. Catering and ground transportation
   3. Cleaning and lavatory services

Fuel Operations & Compliance

1. Perform tasks maintaining fuel quality control and regulatory compliance as assigned by the Line Service Manager.
2. Such tasks may be Daily fuel sump checks, Filter inspections, Hose and equipment inspections, Fuel farm and tank compliance logs

Participate in Facility & Ramp Operations such as:   

1. Maintain clean, safe, and organized ramp and FBO facilities.
2. Perform and oversee:
   1. Foreign Object Debris (FOD) walk
   2. Basic airfield and facility maintenance
3. Ensure all equipment is operational and properly maintained

 Administrative & Financial Duties

1. Receive payment for fuel sales and tie-down fees

Preferred Qualifications

1. Knowledge of aircraft fueling procedures and safety standards
2. Good customer service and communication skills
3. Ability to operate ground support equipment
4. Valid driver’s license (required)
