Role PurposeThe position is responsible for assisting the Manager and Executive, Cargo Ramp Handling in overseeing daily activities and operational matters at the Ramp Handling unit, as well as addressing issues related to operations and employees.
Key Accountability- To carry out Quality Check & Ops Support function at Ramp for all type of cargo, special cargo, vulnerable/sensitive shipments and to ensure that all security and safety of cargo at airside including Freighter aircraft.
- Plan and performing Quality Control Checks at Ramp Handling areas. Participating in audits on behalf of the unit, overseeing the Integrated Management Systems (IMS), and monitoring ramp equipment and asset management.
- Manage administrative tasks such as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), office equipment, and IMS documentation.
- Act as the Assistance Unit Document Controller (UDC) and oversee the monitoring and control of IMS requirements and procedures.
- Continuously monitor the performance ramp operations, ensuring proper record-keeping and maintenance.
Qualification & Working Experience- Minimum 5 years in Cargo Operations or related Ramp Handling or Airlines Business for SPM/SPMV/DVM holder or in any related field.

- Basic Cargo Handling Certificate
- Safety Management System Certificate
- Airlines Business Certificate
- Minimum 1 year in Cargo Operations for Diploma holder or higher
- Minimum 5 years in Cargo Operations for SPM/SPMV/STPM holder
Areas of Experience- Airside and Ramp Handling
- Must have MDP and ADP license
