Ramp Agent

Must be at least 18 years old, have the appropriate training and education commensurate for this position, have a satisfactory background check and have experience, education and in accordance with other qualification standards set forth by the Vice President of Airports.

Ramp Agent Lead must reports to the Ramp Supervisor. For those stations that does not have a Ramp Supervisor they will report to the Customer Service Supervisor. 

Day to Day Responsibilities 

• Unloading baggage 
• Assisting special needs passengers, loading and unloading carry-on bags, cleaning aircraft cabins, 
• Coordinating with pilots, airline dispatch office, and the customer service department · 
• Conduct other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities · 

• Must be extremely flexible; willing and able to prioritize work schedule · 
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment · 
• Must have professional appearance · 
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required · 
• Valid Driver’s License Required · US Passport or Equivalent Required · 
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship · 
• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen, and FBI Fingerprint & Criminal History check. 

• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
