Sheetmetal / Structures Technician

Treasure Coast Jet Center is seeking skilled Sheetmetal / Structures Technician's responsible for the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of aircraft structures and components. Working with various materials, they will play a critical role in ensuring the structural integrity of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sheetmetal Fabrication:
  • Cut, shape, and form sheet metal components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
  • Fabricate and assemble aircraft parts, ensuring precision and adherence to engineering specifications.
• Structural Repairs:
  • Inspect aircraft structures for damage or wear and perform necessary repairs.
  • Repair or replace damaged sections of the aircraft's structure, including panels, frames, and skins.
• Composite Materials:
  • Work with composite materials for repairs and fabrication, adhering to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Apply knowledge of composite layup, bonding, and curing processes.

Experience:

Experience with Gulfstream, Falcon, Bombardier and/or Hawker is desired but not required.
