We are seeking an experienced Structures Assembly Technician to support the build and integration of large, high-precision aerospace structures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will perform detailed drilling, deburring, fastening, and assembly operations on metallic and composite components while maintaining strict adherence to engineering drawings and quality standards. You will configure new production work areas, operate calibrated precision tools, and contribute to the preparation, testing, sealing, painting, and repair of flight hardware and payload systems. This position plays a key role in ensuring safe, efficient workflows as manufacturing transitions into higher-rate production.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years of aerospace manufacturing experience and is comfortable working with hand and power tools, calibrated measurement equipment, and digital systems in a 5S/lean environment. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights or in confined spaces, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Preferred candidates will have trade school or industry certifications, experience handling large aerospace structures, and a continuous-improvement mindset. Strong communication skills, leadership potential, and willingness to work overtime are highly valued for this role.
Compensation: $42.00/hr
