Aircraft Maintenance Technician We are seeking motivated aviation maintenance professionals to join a growing MRO team in Kansas. This role supports maintenance, inspections, and repair operations on Corporate Jet aircraft in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, strong earning potential, career advancement, and the opportunity to transition into a direct hire position after 4 months.
Compensation & Benefits• Hourly Rate: $30.00/hour
• Annual Earnings: Most contractors earn approximately $70,000.00–$90,000.00+ per year, depending on voluntary overtime
• Per Diem: Up to $37,440 annually (tax-free), based on up to $720.00/week in tax-exempt per diem

Key Responsibilities• Perform maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on Corporate Jet aircraft
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Accurately document completed maintenance actions and inspections
• Work collaboratively within an MRO environment to support operational goals
Qualifications• Previous aviation maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
• Interest in obtaining or growing within the aviation industry
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
