Job Title: A & P MechanicJob DescriptionThe A & P Mechanic is responsible for performing direct maintenance in accordance with policies, procedures, and current Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). This position involves working on mid and large cabin corporate jets, ensuring compliance with manufacturer’s data, drawings, specifications, and bulletins.
Responsibilities- Perform planned and unplanned aircraft maintenance.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable technical data, FAA regulations, and company policies.
- Execute aircraft maintenance documentation in compliance with CFRs, company policies, and maintenance manuals.
- Work closely with quality control for required inspections.
- Tow and taxi aircraft and perform engine run-ups.
- Maintain a clean and orderly hangar.
- Adhere to tool calibration and shelf-life policies.
- Promote a safe work environment.
- Complete required training and maintain current training as per Company Manuals.
- Support AOG Team and perform some weekend work as needed.
- Perform routine inspections.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Essential Skills- 5+ years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance on fixed wing aircraft.
- Active A&P License in good standing.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with Corridor.
- Good troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to complete accurate paperwork.
- Flexibility and quick problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with parts ordering and researching.
- Ability to work independently if necessary.
- Ability to interpret Manufacturer Manuals.
- Willingness to travel, sometimes on short notice.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Organized with project and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Knowledge of FAA Part 91, 135, and 145 operations.
- Knowledge of safe working techniques and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of flight line operations and aircraft systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Must set a positive tone and improve team skills.
- Possess verbal, written, and computer skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $49.00/hr.
