Our client is expanding their heavy maintenance operation and hiring skilled aviation professionals across several disciplines.
This opportunity is based in the United States, and requires a valid FAA A&P licenses are highly valued.
No Canadian AME licenses are required or considered for this posting.

Open Positions

We are recruiting multiple positions, including:

  • Structures / Sheet Metal Technicians
  • Avionics Technicians
  • Unlicensed Aircraft mechanics

About the Work

You’ll work as part of a high-performing team supporting heavy maintenance checks on a commercial Boeing fleet.

Platforms include:

  • Boeing 737
  • Boeing 757
  • Boeing 767
  • Boeing 787 Dreamliner (Highly desirable)
  • Experience on Boeing aircraft, especially the 787, is a strong asset and will be prioritized.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on role:

  • Perform heavy and base maintenance on Boeing aircraft
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, structural, or avionics systems
  • Carry out component removals, installations & task card compliance
  • Interpret AMMs, SRMs, wiring diagrams, and engineering instructions
  • Complete documentation in accordance with FAA regulations
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety practices and quality systems
  • Collaborate closely with peers across multiple skill trades

Job Requirements:
  • FAA A&P License (preferred and highly regarded)
  • Experience working heavy checks on commercial aircraft
  • Boeing experience strongly preferred; 787 experience a standout advantage
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends and overtime as needed
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to read and interpret OEM publications & maintenance docs

Nice to Have

  • Avionics troubleshooting or sheet metal repair skills
  • Previous experience with Dreamliner composite structures or electrical systems
  • MRO or airline heavy-check background
