We are currently seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our Bell helicopter components. 

Position: A&P Mechanic 

Location: Show Low, AZ 

Responsibilities: 

As an A&P Mechanic at Aero Products Component Services Inc., you will be responsible for performing dynamic component overhauls and repairs on Bell Helicopters, specifically Bell CR & O models. Your role will involve a meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of the aircraft components. Key responsibilities include: 

• Conducting inspections, disassembly, repair, assembly, and testing of various dynamic components on Bell Helicopters. 
• Utilizing your experience in component repairs and overhauls to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues. 
• Collaborating with a team of skilled technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of maintenance tasks. 
• Adhering to all relevant aviation regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols to ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft components. 
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used, work performed, and inspections conducted. 
• Participating in training programs and staying up-to-date with industry advancements to enhance your technical skills and knowledge. 
• Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimize maintenance procedures. 
• Utilizing Quantum software experience to streamline documentation and record-keeping processes (preferred).

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 

• Extensive experience in dynamic component repairs and overhauls, with a focus on Bell Helicopters, specifically Bell CR & O models. 
• Preferably attended Factory School related to dynamic component repairs and overhauls. 
• Possession of an Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License is preferred. 
• Familiarity with Quantum software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and address technical issues effectively. 
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and ensure a smooth workflow. 
• Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and precision.
