Job Description
Join our team as an Aircraft Technician, where you will be responsible for the disassembly and assembly of aircraft parts, including wings, fuselage, and landing gear, while following engineering drawings and specifications. You will clean, inspect, and make necessary repairs using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. The role also involves performing A-Checks on Boeing Aircraft.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble and assemble aircraft parts such as wings, fuselage, and landing gear.
- Follow engineering drawings and specifications for assembly processes.
- Clean, inspect, and perform repairs as needed.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments for assemblies.
- Conduct A-Checks on Boeing Aircraft.
Essential Skills
- Experience in maintenance and repair of aircraft.
- Possession of an A&P license.
- Familiarity with commercial aircraft, specifically Boeing and Airbus.
- Expertise in troubleshooting, inspection, and heavy maintenance.
- Knowledge of aviation and military aviation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Boeing or Airbus is highly desirable.
- Airframe knowledge is essential.
- Ability to work shifts, including a 4-day/10-hour shift schedule.

Work Environment
Work is performed at the Miami International Airport hangar. The operation runs 24 hours, with shifts assigned post-training. Shifts include days and nights, from 6 pm to 7 am or 6 am to 7 pm, with the first three days being 12-hour shifts and the fourth day being 6 hours. Shift options are Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miami, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 - $42.00/hr.
