Responsibilities: Promote safety by strictly following all safety-related instructions. Execute all assignments in accordance with company and manufacturer manuals and FAA regulations. Record and take responsibility for all performed work in compliance with the RS manual. Maintain vigilance to identify hazardous practices and report them responsibly. Report equipment and safety hazards promptly to the Hangar Lead or Repair Station Manager. Optimize use of company resources including tools, parts, and equipment. Ensure workspace cleanliness and safety for personal and shop equipment. Document work progress thoroughly to assist transition to subsequent shifts. Remain informed of manual, policy, and rule updates concerning conduct. Notify the Hangar Lead of any irregularities in the aircraft immediately. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Valid FAA A&P license. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Preferred experience or training with specific airframes. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Web-Based Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail, quick learning capabilities, and a proactive approach.
