A&P Mechanic - Addison, Texas

Job Description:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of general aviation aircraft
Conduct inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications
Troubleshoot, repair, and document discrepancies efficiently and accurately
Complete aircraft logbook entries and maintenance records in compliance with FAA requirements
Remove, install, and service aircraft components including engines, avionics, and airframe systems
Ensure all work meets Aviation quality standards and safety procedures
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and aircraft owners
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Job Requirements:

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
2+ years of general aviation maintenance experience preferred
Familiarity with piston and turbine aircraft systems
Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various hangar/flight line conditions
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

Experience with Cirrus, Beechcraft, Cessna, Piper, or other GA platforms
Inspection Authorization (IA)
Avionics troubleshooting experience
