We are currently seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to perform heavy maintenance on a variety of commercial aircraft, including narrow-body and wide-body platforms. This role includes executing complex maintenance tasks to ensure aircraft meet airworthiness and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy maintenance, including component removal/installation, rigging, torquing, and safety wiring.
• Interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and engineering data.
• Conduct inspections and execute return-to-service documentation.
• Ensure work meets FAA, OEM, and CFR Part 145 standards.
• Collaborate with technicians and inspectors in a team-focused environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and FOD-free work area.

Job Type:

Full-time, Contract, or Contract-to-Hire

Pay:

$30.00 – $35.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Split per diem available for eligible candidates

Expected Hours:

40 hours per week
Must be flexible with shift schedules

• Valid Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
• 2 years combined experience working on either Boeing, Airbus, ERJ/CRJ models as a Mechanic.
• Experience with inspecting and maintaining aircraft by dividing the entire maintenance process into smaller, more manageable phases.
• Must be able to obtain inventoried, shadowed and engraved tool box. 
• Ability to pass a 10-year criminal background check and FAA DOT drug test.
• Reliable transportation and valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• U.S. Citizenship required
