We are seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic to support maintenance operations on corporate/business jet aircraft in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment. This role is responsible for performing inspections, repairs, and modifications in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance manuals, and company procedures to ensure aircraft are returned to service safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on corporate aircraft in compliance with FAA Part 145 regulations
- Execute inspections including Phase, 100-hour, Annual, and progressive inspections
- Ensure maintenance operations are performed in the appropriate sequence
- Troubleshooting and evaluation of systems on the aircraft when designated.
- Troubleshoot and repair airframe, powerplant, and related aircraft systems
- Remove and reinstall aircraft components including flight controls, landing gear, engines, and accessories
- Read and interpret AMMs, IPCs, SRMs, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
- Perform operational and functional checks following maintenance actions
- Coordinate with Quality Control for inspections and return-to-service approvals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety and FOD procedures
- Support aircraft modifications, Service Bulletins, and STC installations as required
Required Qualifications
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- 2+ years of experience working on corporate/business jet aircraft
- Experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work from technical manuals
- Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
- Own basic set of hand tools
- Ability to pass background and DOT Drug Testing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on aircraft such as Gulfstream, Bombardier, Challenger, Learjet, Falcon, King Air or similar platforms
- Engine run and taxi experience (if applicable)
- Inspection Authorization (IA) is a plus
- Familiarity with digital maintenance tracking systems (CMP, Traxxall, Corridor, etc.)

- Hangar-based corporate aviation maintenance facility
- Fast-paced environment with emphasis on quality and schedule adherence
- Standing, bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces required
Pay/Schedule:
- Hourly based on experience
- Contract to hire (long term)
- Per diem to those that qualify
- M-F Day shift
