Our company is seeking an A&P aircraft mechanic, with experience in general aviation aircraft. The right candidate will appreciate the required independence and self-motivation needed to thrive in our organization. Successful candidates will have experience in a range of general aviation aircraft types, with a preference for problem-solvers and the ability to collaborate in a small team environment.
As the only general maintenance and repair facility on the field, every person in the shop will help in the building of customer relationships and trust. A pride in the work product and the ability to communicate clear expectations is necessary. Considerable latitude will be given to a quality-of-life balance while meeting high expectations for contributing to a growing enterprise.

Basic Responsibilities:
This job involves tasks such as, but not limited to:
- Perform regular engine and airframe inspections
- Maintain systems and equipment
- Use gauges and diagnostic tests to detect malfunctions
- Repair or replace broken aircraft parts
- Perform troubleshooting
- Use power and hand tools
- Keep maintenance and repair logs
- Ensure compliance with Federal and local safety regulations
- Hangar cleaning and organizational skills
