EDUCATION and or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree GED required.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years related aviation/aircraft experience and/or training.
- Must have an airframe and powerplant (A&P) license.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active Security Clearance a plus.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Constantly: Lifting 10 lbs., standing, walking, wrist flexion and extension, environmental weather conditions.
- Frequently: Lifting ≤40 lbs., push/pull <20 lbs., climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling for extended periods, working in confined spaces. Working above chest level, overhead, and away from the body for extended periods. Bending, twisting of torso, twisting and/or pressure with wrist/hands, fine finger usage, moderate vibrations up to 2 hrs. to high vibrations up to 30 mins. Vision with/without correction; near <20”, far >20’, and basic depth perception (shapes). Working at elevated heights ≥4’, working on ladders, scaffolding, uneven surfaces, and energized parts.
- Occasionally: Lifting and/or carrying ≤50 lbs., sitting, basic color vision, operation of motorized or electrical equipment, push/pull <50 lbs., work in wet conditions.
