* Pay Rate: $25.00-$40.00/hour Education & Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
* FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License.
* A minimum of 3+ years of experience with commercial turbine helicopter maintenance in a Part 145 environment.
* Basic computer skills.
* Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

* Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with team members. Job Duties & Functions
* Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframes and engines.
* Perform major sheet metal repairs and fabricate sheet metal and composite parts.
* Install modification kits and assist with aircraft fly-offs.
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
* Document all maintenance and repair work performed.
* Support additional maintenance tasks as assigned. Physical Requirements & Environment
* Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and team lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing.
* Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
* Requires good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
* Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as required.
* Good vision to identify defects and focus on small details.
