Eagle Air Repair has become Northern Arizona’s premier general aviation maintenance facility, and we are growing. We are seeking a motivated A&P Mechanic to join our team at Prescott Regional Airport (KPRC), located just 90 miles north of Phoenix in the beautiful high desert of Prescott, Arizona.

Our shop supports a wide range of piston aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs in a professional and team-focused environment.

Our friendly staff includes three full-time Inspection Authorization (IA) mechanics with more than 40 years of combined experience, providing an excellent environment for technicians who want to learn, grow, and take pride in quality work.

What We’re Looking For

• A&P certificate (required or in progress depending on role)

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

• General aviation maintenance experience preferred

• A&P licensed (with IA preferred) 
• 3 to 5 years minimum of piston experience preferred.
• Familiarization with Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, and Mooney aircraft preferred.
• G1000 experience
• The ability to trouble shoot and repair airframe and engine discrepancies.
• Avionics background is a plus
• Rotax experience.
